BACKGROUND
RSE Accommodation Solutions assist with the demand for purpose-built accommodation, particularly within the horticulture industry. They have the plans, suppliers and experience in constructing accommodation for their clients. They pride themselves on having the accommodation built to budget, on time and ready for the season that is ahead.
THE PROJECT
Joel Sheeley and his team at RSE Solutions have just recently completed a 30-person accommodation for seasonal staff employed by Tirohanga Fruit Company in Opotiki. In going the extra mile to ensure their staff were comfortable and well cared for, TFC used RSE Solutions to design and build these facilities that are spacious, robust, and provide a safe and enjoyable living space. Working alongside Joel on this project, Greg and the team at Vendella Supply were able to provide a complete turnkey solution taking the stress away for his client. The outcome is a really impressive facility providing a high-level of accommodation any grower or labour contractor would be proud of.
PROBLEMS WE SOLVED / REASONS FOR PARTNERING WITH VENDELLA
Vendella were able to work alongside Joel and his team to provide a complete turn-key solution, taking away all the stress and freeing up time during the new build. Having access to a large range of fit-for-purpose products that were required was very helpful. Being able to get what they needed from one supplier helped Joel and his team save valuable time and focus solely on the building component. Delivery was also important, and Vendella were able to arrange the delivery of the goods in a timely manner, so that the team had enough time to make up the rooms prior to the staff moving in.
