BACKGROUND
The Rydges Hotels combine the unique energy of their various locations with their signature thoughtful touches and above exemplary service. With multiple locations spread between Australia and New Zealand, they offer reliable, respected value and just the right balance of personal space and individual attention. Vendella has a long-standing relationship with the General Manager Chad Johnston (Chad has worked with the Rydges Hotels for over 5 years), working alongside him on several other projects. Vendella are proud to have had the opportunity to be the go-to choice of supplier for his two properties in Wellington, and we hope to continue to service these in the years to come.
UH-OH MOMENT
Being a new build property, construction of the Hotel took its time and Chad Johnston experienced many delays throughout the build time. “I’ve moved the date probably 10 times I reckon for you guys to deliver. Jonny was great and always said it was never a problem. You’ve been great, I could ring up the week prior and say, ‘look we’re not ready can we move it to another week’ and yeah, it was that easy!” With our focus on customer service, our team is flexible and fast-moving to cope with your demands. We have a large capacity warehouse that has the ability to hold your stock till you are ready for it. Vendella also provided Rydges Wellington Airport with same-day dispatch. Delivery was provided within 1-4 days after they places their order.
