Taking over from a preexisting business with a building that needed to be earthquake-strengthened, new owners Helen and Kerry Beveridge saw the opportunity for a full refurbishment. Through on-site visits, offering friendly and helpful information, and working through what Helen and Kerry needed to get their rooms back up to full service again, Michael created a great working relationship with Helen and Kerry.
