We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction when shopping with us. To give you confidence in your purchases, we have outlined our clear and straightforward returns policy below.

WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE THE PRODUCTS I RECEIVED?

If you are unhappy with an item you’ve ordered, you can return it under the following conditions:

Condition of Item:

• Must be in original packaging.
• Must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition (not soiled or altered).
• Must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Restocking Fee for Customer Error:

• $18+GST flat rate for orders valued at $200+GST or less.
• 10% of the product’s value for orders over $200+ GST.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we’ll go above and beyond to make it right—no fees, no hassle. Just contact us, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

ITEMS WE CANNOT ACCEPT FOR RETURN

For hygiene and customization reasons, some items cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Items that have been used, washed, or soiled.
• All Beds & Mattresses.
• Custom-made or custom-ordered items.
• End-of-line or clearance items.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM

1. Prepare the Items: Package the items securely in their original carton(s).
2. Contact Us: Call or email our team to advise on the return and provide the number of cartons.
3. Shipping Labels: We’ll email you courier labels and provide instructions on scheduling the pickup.
4. Tracking and Confirmation: We’ll track the return to our warehouse. Once received and inspected, a credit note will be issued as confirmation.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Inspection on Delivery: Please inspect your goods upon delivery and notify us within 7 days if there’s any defect, shortage, or damage.
• Everyday Items: Items eligible for return exclude oversize, custom-made, and end-of-line items.
